Shipping & Delivery Policy
Overview
We currently offer free shipping to Australia & New Zealand for orders over $110. Orders $0-$109.99 are charged $4.95 for shipping.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days and shipped out using a fully tracked courier service.
Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched within New Zealand, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days. Please consider any public holidays that may impact delivery times.
Due to the nature of the shipping business, delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors; however, we remain committed to ensuring your order arrives as promptly as possible.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item in a single order and received only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@claranutrition.co.nz if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for more than 10 business days), please contact us at support@claranutrition.co.nz with your order number and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products and email them to us at support@claranutrition.co.nz within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and any safe drop locations around your property. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
